This is pure jersey butter raised on Marin and Sonoma’s pristine coastal pastures, away from industrial pollution and big dairy. The cows are 100% Jersey, thus high fat producers (unlike the Holsteins), and mainly A2/A2. They are pasture raised, organically fed and GMO/antibiotic free.
