We are offering a series of Fermentation Classes which can be taken sequentially or independently. June 26 - Introduction to fermentation and making sauerkraut July 31 - Sourdough starter= crackers and bread August 28 - Harvest time= Pickles and Kimchee September 25 - Fermented drinks: Kombucha, Jun and Kvass
We will start at 2 pm and aim to wrap up by 5 but time will be determined by what we are making. We may finish early; We may finish later.
These are hands-on classes so when you register in advance Juliane will send you recipes and a list of ingredients and supplies to bring to be able to make and take home your own ferments.
