September 25 - Kombucha, Kefir, Kvass
Recipes and list of ingredients and supplies needed for the class will be sent to enrolled participants one week in advance.
This is a hands-on class - so you will usually leave with a product however, you are also welcome to just watch.
For the probiotic drinks class you will have the opportunity to take home a scoby or kefir grains if you want.
