Mark the season with your family and other families in the community at a Candlelit Potluck of festive food and a fireside sharing of stories, poetry, music and maybe even dance!
It will be a candlelit environment! ( Parents - please prepare your little ones to be in a candlelit space.
We will gather about 5 to eat (Please bring place settings for everyone in your group as well as a potluck dish to share) and socialize.
Then at about 6 the floor will be open for whatever offerings are in the community to be shared.
We suggest that each family consider what they can share or lead - a holiday memory or tradition, story or song (Christmas Carol style) but it is not required.
and that stories etc appropriate for young ones be offered first. So families with young ones can leave earlier in the evening for bedtimes.
But then - the floor is open for the richness and talent that is lurking amounst us.
Please RSVP if you are planning to come so we can make sure to have enough seating, and notify you of any changes, etc.

The idea is to create a regular time and place for sharing and accessing collective wisdom, insight and experience regarding alternative approaches (permaculture plus) to providing for all of our needs (gardening and food
security, water management, community fun and support systems, DIY, etc.)
