Sourdough Bread and Crackers
Sourdough is simple, yet it is not. Learn the key elements of sourdough bread-making: maintaining your starter, fermentation, making and shaping the dough, and baking. You will take with you the sourdough starter we use here at the Hub and the recipe for the Hub's sought-after sourdough crackers.
